About
Hi, I’m ChloeÂ

Yoga teacher. Occupational Therapist. Passionate about making yoga welcoming, accessible and enjoyable for real people.

I’m the person behind Chloe The Yogi OT — a qualified yoga teacher and Occupational Therapist with over five years’ experience working in adult social care.
Â
As an OT, I work with adults with a wide range of disabilities, health conditions and support needs. This has shaped the way I approach yoga: I know that there isn’t one way for everyone to move, and sometimes we need to adapt things to make them work for us.
Â
My classes are friendly, inclusive and open to all abilities. I’ll always offer options, encourage you to listen to your body and remind you that there’s no expectation to do everything.

Alongside my 200-hour yoga teacher training, I’m additionally qualified in:
-
Special Yoga for Special Children
-
Accessible Yoga
I’m particularly passionate about making yoga and movement feel less intimidating and more accessible for people who might not feel that traditional yoga spaces are designed for them.
Yoga for real people
Â
Yoga doesn't have to be about touching your toes, doing complicated poses or being the most flexible person in the room.
Â
It can be a chance to move, breathe, challenge yourself, slow down, switch off and do something for you.
Whether you're completely new to yoga, returning after a break or have been practising for years, you're welcome in my classes.
Â
No pressure. No perfection. Just yoga that works for you.
I’d love to see you on the mat. 💚
